USA Today’s College Basketball Preview has hit the newsstands. In addition to its Summit League projections, a
photo of the 2013 Summit League Championship game tipoff is prominently
displayed in the publication’s lead column, titled “It’s OK to Say It: College
Basketball is The Best Sport”, by Will Leitch.
Josh Paunil of USA Today Sports previewed The Summit League and picked North
Dakota State as league favorite and NDSU’s Taylor Braun as Preseason Player of
the Year. He led his analysis by stating that “Despite the graduation of one of

be even more exciting this year with the addition of Denver.”
