Oral Roberts Volleyball Helps with Freshman Move-In

With the August 26 season-opener looming on the horizon, the Oral Roberts volleyball team took time out of its preparations to help freshmen move into the dorms during the school’s 2011 Harbor Experience.  Members of the volleyball team braved the heat to help the school’s newcomers and their families unload their cars and move into their dorm rooms.  Click here to read more.

Oakland's Aceino Hits Olympic Trails Cut at USA Long Course Nationals



Junior Alex Aceino achieved an Olympic Trials qualifying time in the 100 butterfly at the USA National Long Course Championships in Palo Alto, Calif.   Aceino finished in 49th place with a time of 55.25 on the third day of the event.  Click here to read more.

North Dakota State's Carlson Named League's NCAA Woman of the Year Honoree

North Dakota State track and field athlete Whitney Carlson was tabbed as The Summit League's honoree for the NCAA Woman of the Year award.  She is one of 142 conference winners.  Click here to read more.

IPFW Men's Golf Named GCAA All-Academic Team

For the second consecutive year, the IPFW men's golf team has been honored by the Golf Coaches' Association of America (GCAA) as one of the top academic programs in the country.  As a team, the Mastodons posted a 3.34 cumulative GPA, averaging well-above the 3.0 GPA requirement. IPFW was the lone Summit League team to receive the honor, joining 58 other Division-I schools on the prestigious list. Click here to read more.

Oakland Selected as Favorite to Capture Women's Soccer Title
